It gives me immense pleasure and privilege to facilitate the role of a Principal in Srihari Global School, Asansol and I take pride in being one of the family members of this prestigious institute.

The school follows the absolute modern pedagogy which is immersed with the concept of “skill based, enquiry based learning” techniques which is compliant with CBSE curriculum. Today the role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of an ever-changing global society. And I can vouch that students of Srihari Global School are being moulded and nurtured to become a truly 21st century citizen where they experience experiential learning through XEED curriculum till class VIII. The 5-A approach - Aim, Action, Analysis, Application and Assessment equip them with independent learning techniques where each and every child explore and experiment and imbibe the practice of self-learning methodology. I am happy that the students are not provided with tailor-made answers and shun rote-learning.

I am also proud of the fact that our school follows Inclusive Learning where differently abled children from diverse background get a chance to sit with other students in the same classroom and get accustomed to mainstream learning. They are seated with their age-appropriate, regular classes and are supported to learn, contribute and participate in all aspects of the life of the school.

I am full of optimism and hope that Srihari Global School will stand out from the crowd as an extraordinary school and will achieve and accomplish its Vision and Mission as it is envisaged by our Management. It will achieve many more milestones in the days to come.
