After schooling from La Martiniere for Girls, Calcutta she graduated with distinction in B. Com Honours from SivanathSastri College, Calcutta. Manisha Kanoria Lohia further obtained International Montessori Diploma from London Montessori Centre. After marriage she shifted with her family from Kolkata to Chennai. She started Vatsalaya Montessori School in Chennai in 2002. She also set up the Montessori Department for Lady Andal Matriculation School in Chennai in 2007. In Chennai, Manisha realized her dream by setting up iSpark Holistic Happiness Studio, a niche initiative to impart a combination of body-mind-soul development programs for children. Manisha endeavors to make Srihari Global School a knowledge hub and a Centre of Excellence in education with an intent to impart human values and ethics along with education. This will enable our students to equip themselves with the necessary skills to face the challenges of life with joy. It will help them evaluate themselves and find opportunities in their future careers. Srihari Global School is the social initiative of Kanoria Foundation, which works on the guiding principle of "Work with Devotion". The focus of the school is primarily on the development of Mind, Body and Soul of every student and member of the school. The curriculum and activities are chosen and made in accordance to the development in the following areas. The faculty and teachers work with the objective of ingraining each student with the strong foundation of learning so that they are able to carry forward and practice the motto of the school "learning for life". The goal/vision of the school is to create a holistic learning environment for the students with the use of modern facilities and technologies so that they can be well versed with the modern age sensibilities. Shruti Kanoria has done her post graduation in Management from Warwick University, United Kingdom and has done her under graduation in Economic honours from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata. She has the vision of providing holistic learning and education for all. She believes that hard work and perseverance are the key factors to success.
